If you're on my Limited list, you'll get an access code that lets you in at 19:00. You can sign up a bit further up the page.

When you enter my website, you'll be able to choose my Limited piece in sterling silver or gold-plated.

The piece will be added to your cart like a normal item, so you can see it all the way through.

The piece isn’t reserved in your cart. It’s only reserved once you've paid.

The Limited piece is included for €0 in all orders over €70 during my Limited event.

If you spend over €110., you'll also get an extra gift (worth up to €100).

Yes! This year you can get both the Limited piece + another gift (value up to €100), when you spend €110.

The piece is only reserved once you've checked out and paid. But don’t worry—you'll never be able to pay without the piece in your order. If it's sold out, you'll see it before you can pay.

If the piece sells out, you'll be notified at checkout and you won't be able to complete your purchase.

Unfortunately, I can't guarantee anyone a piece.

I include the piece with all orders over €70 for as long as I have more.

Last year, my Limited piece sold out in under 50 minutes.

All gift cards purchased on my website can be used as normal.

Yes, you can exchange any pieces bought during my Limited event as normal and still keep your Limited piece.

No, a partial cancellation isn't possible. If you want to return your piece for a refund, you must also return the Limited piece.
